A systems view of how business strategy becomes workforce capability.
Organizations execute strategy through the capabilities of their workforce. Those capabilities don't emerge by chance. They are built through deliberate workforce strategy and the systems organizations design to support it.
The talent that builds capability.
The experiences that develop capability.
The relationships that expand capability.
The processes that sustain capability.
Organizations don't build workforce capability directly. They design the workforce system that creates it.
How We Work
We connect labor market insights and workforce data to what is happening inside organizations — identifying needs, uncovering gaps, and creating practical opportunities to act.
Analyze labor market trends and emerging capabilities.
Connect external signals to workforce needs and gaps.
Translate insights into strategies, programs, or capability-building solutions.
Implement the work, measure what changes, and adapt as needs evolve.
Sharing What We Learn
We share relevant workforce insights to help education institutions, workforce organizations, and policy leaders strengthen curricula, programs, pathways, and workforce strategies.
Why WorkFuture
More than a decade of experience across talent, higher education, and workforce development informs how we design and implement workforce solutions.
Why WorkFuture
Work is changing. After spending years across the talent ecosystem, I had a front-row seat to that change — from seeing hiring teams rethink roles and identify tasks increasingly assisted by AI, to working with people preparing to enter and advance in the workforce.
What I saw was a growing disconnect between how work was changing, what organizations needed, and how people were being prepared for it.
I launched WorkFuture because we need to invest in people’s ability to participate, grow, and adapt as work changes. That means creating more opportunities for people to develop the capabilities they need — not only to enter the workforce, but to build meaningful careers within it.
We work to connect those pieces: labor market change, organizational needs, and the systems that help people build capability.
